Ogema Housing
Ogema Housing is a community-based organization that provides daily management of 6 housing units constructed and operated under the terms of a federal provincial municipal cost sharing agreement.

The properties include a variety of housing options including 3 duplex units with One and a half bedroom, 4 units with three-bedroom houses and Sunshine Villa – a senior complexes.

Sunshine Villa is a Senior Housing complex, consisting of 6 units of one and two bedroom house and a large common area.

All units include fridge, stove, and shared washer and dryer. Tenants are responsible for electricity only. Rent is based on Income.
