• Please bring two pieces of government issued identification. Of the two pieces of government issued identification, one must be photo identification; For example, Driver's License, Passport, Health card.

• If divorced, please provide a certified copy of your divorce certificate.

• Both applicants must be physically present and 18 years of age in order to purchase a marriage license in the province of Saskatchewan.

• Once issued, the license becomes valid for three consecutive months (90 days).

• Once issued, the license comes into effect one calendar day after it has been purchased.

• Appointments are not required
